Got to the garage early at 8:20am and was met by Rob. I said I thought it might help get the bike back sooner as I had an appointment later that day at 4pm. Rob in a rude manner tells me I'm wrong. I decide to not say anything like, surely it's better than bringing it in at 10am, I keep quiet. I say I'm getting the bike ready for winter, that's why I'm changing the rear tyre a bit early. Amazing, Affordable, helpful and skilled. I needed an urgent repair due to being 100 miles from home and my brake pads no longer had any pad left. I called the garage at 8:30 when they opened and they said if I could get over to them they could probably get hold of the part and get me sorted. I dropped it off at 9 and it was ready for me to collect at 12. Cost was very reasonable for the work, the staff gave me some advice on early warning signs for wear and tear.
