They were too busy to make an appointment to check a flat tire.
Dropped my car off early in hopes of getting a call back at some point of the day when it’d be ready for me to pick up and never did, now they’re closed and I don’t have a car for the night, even if my car wasn’t done it would’ve been great to have an update and not just leave me wondering and now without a car. Great place and people but I believe communication to clients is important.
