10/5 if that were possible!!! This shop recently got a new owner, Nazar, and the improvement is huge. He took the time to explain exactly why the issue with my car happened and walked me through what was done to fix it — something you don’t see often. The shop itself is a massive step up from before: much cleaner, better organized, and clearly upgraded with better equipment.
