Called twice to get a quote, never got the info I needed. Terrible customer service.
We had a lot of issues with our experience, when we signed our contract we were told 6 weeks top, practically 3 months later it was complete. The whole time was an absolute headache. We had a job completed one day a week, the coordination of the process was terrible. It was hard for anyone to contact us, they would forget about us. The concrete was poured with an off centre door, but the framer built it with a centre door. I get it he has his blueprints but common sense, if you notice it’s not right call and approve the off ... read more
