Have rarely had such poor service. Last year, I paid Enriquez over $1,500 to replace the springs and shocks on both front wheels. I went back a few times but they were so rude, I decided to go elsewhere. A few months later, my new garage told me I had a broken front spring. When I explained that both had recently been replaced, they assured me it had never been changed because it was clearly old and rusty (see picture attached from today). I called to make an appointment. They said they were busy and to call back in an hour. I called back in an hour and they were ready to talk. I asked to bring it for an oil change. They said no problem bring it in Friday. I called on Friday to make sure just before coming, and they said they didn't give me a specific time so there was no appointment. Very frustrating that now I have to find an alternative last minute.

J’ai dû me rendre d’urgence à ce garage parce que j’avais mis trop d’huile dans mon VUS. Même à quelques minutes de la fermeture, ils ont accepté de m’aider. Le personnel a été incroyablement gentil, courtois et professionnel. Le service a été rapide et efficace, et j’ai été agréablement surprise par le coût, qui était beaucoup moins élevé que ce que j’avais anticipé. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur aide et leur excellent service!

Excellent service! Sur rdv, changement d'huile fait dans l'heure. Prix très raisonnable. Personnel gentil et souriant.
