I trained with Neil from Sept 2022 - July 2023. He was able to push me harder than I’ve ever trained, both mentally and physically. I had pretty good results, losing 22 lbs and was probably stronger than I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, we had a falling out that escalated to the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with someone I was paying for services to. Hands down BEST CHOICE I’ve made training at Garage Gym and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers (Coach D and Coach Neil), awesome music and participants who take sessions and create a perfect environment.
