I've been there 2 times which is already a good indicator of my satisfaction. 2 vehicles inspected and both times I was very satisfied with the work done. The 1 star lost is simply because I would like to have a more official computer report them simply what they give me a hand written note pad paper that's not always easy to read. Besides that all personnel are polite and professional . Prices seem fair aswell.

Excellent service, very reliable staff. I've been a customer since 2006 and I've never had any bad surprises. You know, finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. Now I just need to find a good doctor.
The attentive service I'd received for over 15 years is gone. I was there to buy a string trimmer, but the person in charge ended up selling it to someone she knew who had just walked into the store after me. I waited about 15 minutes, and since other customers seemed more important (buying a spring, another a belt, etc.), I simply left. In the end, I ordered the string trimmer from Home Depot... free delivery. It's disappointing; they're truly competent people, but when it comes to customer service...
