0 STAR.I had a very disappointing experience with Jeff and Jim.
Terrible company to deal with. Unresponsive. Jeff was recommended by a mutual friend, speaks great but does not give a hoot about customer experience. Charged my credit card twice and refuses to refund. DO NOT USE THEM or Use them at your own risk.
Updated this: at first I was very happy with my garage and asked them to seal my driveway to; they left it way to late in the year and ended up then doing a rushed job with out a proper pre wash so concrete looks dirty all the time and even worse when it’s wet. Then I started having issues with chipping, I reached out and was assured it would be taken care of once the weather warmed up but they never came back. All subsequent messages were ignored. Friends that used them are having the same issues and being ignored to.
Our garage floor was in dire need of repairs due to spalling and deep ruts that occurred over 25 years. Jeff showed up at our residence and let us through how the repairs would be carried out. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Matt showed up on the day of repairs, as promised. Matt was excellent also and did a great job. I had my floor done by garage frontiers in spring of 2021. Since then I have noticed the floor is staining where tires sit. It has faded like crazy in the sunlight which indicates that they did not use ice stable coatings. I have attempted to contact the company a number of times however no one ever calls me back or returns any of my emails.
