Wagoner’s Epoxy Floors is here looking at floor and can’t believe this!!!! Yes he can fix this but it’s going to cost us and Garage Force is who should be paying for this Lifetime Warranty Floor! Corporate should be involved also! Maybe it’s time for a lawyer! We have already filed complaint with BBB of Fort Wayne, time for another complaint to be filed?
They are Not BBB accredited company! They came back for 2nd garage and they went outside garage door with flooring had to come back and sand off! Put HD decal down in floor, first one full of paint chips and wrinkles!! Came back did 2nd one on top it is now peeling off! Done 12-29-2022. Lifetime Warranty NO WAY!! They will not fix this and corporate in WI will not return phone calls!
5/31/2022 we got estimate to do two garage floors. First one installed 8/10/2022. So rough you couldn’t mop it or walk on it barefoot. Came back sanded down and left without sealing it, they said didn’t need it. Complained they came Back and sealed again. Would not give back $1800.00 down payment for 2nd garage so we let them come back. Mistake!
