I called several other epoxy contractors. This company was the only one that was knowledgeable about the product and application. I spoke directly to knowledgeable experts, with other companies they had some marketer I spoke to who couldn't answer basic questions and wouldn't unless I booked an in person appointment (high pressure sales tactics). SLIPPERY WHEN WET! I researched a crew that would replicate the job that I had done to my home in IL. After verifying their process the next concern that I had was traction and safety. We chose the grit level on their chart and proceeded. The day of the grit being applied I repeated my concern for a good traction floor to avoid slips and falls.
