The coating has been on for 2 years now - they have a 3 year guarantee. We had a major issue initially : the floor coating sagged under car weight after 2 days of curing time (longer than they asked us to stay out). They said they mixed the product wrong, so they came back out a month later and redid it - that was a major pain to move everything out of the garage a second time. Brian and his crew were fantastic in applying epoxy coating for our garage floor! They did such a great job, ensuring it was done so professionally. My original floor had massive pits, so had to get a mason to put new concrete before the epoxy. Since the floor was still a little soft even after curing, they suggested to apply a waterproof coat at no cost before the epoxy. We had a great experience. Our floor was in terrible shape, uneven and had a little moisture too. Their quote was fast, and affordable ($3.5K total including a vapor barrier). The crew was very professional and really evened out the garage surface. We’re a year in and it’s still spotless. We’ve mopped it once after our first winter and used a leaf blower twice. That’s it. The floor coating has really improved the quality and usability of our 1 car garage for storage and daily life!
Brian and the work crew were so easy to work with and thorough. The basement floor came out great and we are so happy!!
