Forrest's son did the estimate and knows nothing about moisture barrier products.The install failed the first winter. Forrest asked me to wait one more winter to see if any other problems showed up.They scheduled the redo and didn't show up. Now they are not returning calls (17 of them) clearly shutting down the business - and my floor is a peeling mess.
Forrest does not stand behind the warranty and will not even return a warranty call. I tried 13 times this summer
I have a defect in my floor and the company will not return my phone call. I’ve tried 7 or 8 times and have been promised a call but never have received one. It’s been over two months that I’ve made calls to Forest.
Very bad customer services. They did my service on May 27th after couple days I have notice the area is not smooth I call them back to fix it after so many calls back they finally showed up to fixed it And now after it got fix I guess the guy did the wrong glue in it which is not drying it’s over 3 days still sticky Calling them so many time n texting no reply at all .. I need them back to fix it agin .. very bad service I will not recommend to no one .
Called about 2 weeks ago to schedule an estimate only to receive an email to the website :-( called again, and the phone lady said "the experts" were unavailable to take my call. I mentioned that I called a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment and she merely said something like, " I don't know what is going on with that." What I was hoping for was insight about the company not taking on new clients, or perhaps not serving in Roseville... but I was left with another cliffhanger. It was disappointing.
