I had my garage floor done 6 years ago. In less than 2 years it was chipping away and had stains that I could not clean. They came out to fix the chipping (blamed it on my concrete), but now the floor is an unsightly two-tone. It has continued to chip. The floor looks terrible. The owners are nice people, but their customer service (e.g., returning calls) and their product are no good.
DO NOT USE!!!
I was pleased with the initial work, but the floor is now peeling (3yrs later) and I after repeated attempts I can't get John or Matt to call me back to schedule repairs. The "lifetime" warranty is only as good as the character of the business and men you are dealing with. John/Matt - please call me and let's get this fixed.
I got a call from John, we scheduled an estimate appointment Saturday morning at 10. I got a confirmation email at 9 am. Got my toddler and went to the house we repair to get an estimate. They didn’t show up at 10. Waited for 40 minutes and gave a call to the company. They promised to contact John and leave “ urgent” message. Nothing happened. We left at 11:40 extremely frustrated!
