Garage Doors & More installed my garage door in 2021. Today I requested a service call to ensure everything was still functioning properly after 5 years. Sean sent Juan over within an hour to make minor adjustments and lubricate my door. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!
Great service from start to finish. We spoke with Sean first, who did a great job of advising us on what we needed (and what we didn't need). And then on the day of the repairs, Juan was fast, friendly, and professional. We shopped around, and their pricing is identical to the competition, so we'll certainly be back to work with them if we have garage troubles again!
These guys are really, really good! I own a few properties and I have had amazing service with Garage Doors and More. Juan is the best/friendliest door tech I have ever worked with!
After calling Garage Doors & More, Juan was at our house in about 30 minutes. Complaint was noisy door & concerned we may have major problems. After looking at the door & listening, Juan said we need new rollers, gave me the price & then replaced the rollers with better quality rollers then we had. He did not try to sell us something we didn't need & said use the opener as long as it works. Will definitely call them when we have motor trouble. Job completed in about 30 minutes.
They always come within 2 days and do a great job. Very friendly service.
