We were very happy with our service. The night before going on vacation one of our tension springs snapped. They were able to work with us and keep us going. Mike was able to come in and diagnose several issues, not just the result. He identified the areas that caused our faulty garage door so they wouldn't happen again. He set us up temporarily so that we could have a working garage door and then came as soon as he could later to fully repair incorrect installations from the past. Very sketchy company from my experience... Red flag that so many of these 5-star reviews are from accounts with only one review... Called in and spoke with Oliver to get an estimate for spring replacement. He said $75-175, depending on the spring. I confirmed more than once that he meant $75-175 total, even to get both springs replaced.
