I emailed them on a Sunday morning about a 1999-era garage door that wouldn't fully open and received a response within an hour. Josh was here on Tuesday afternoon, fixed the problem quickly, and took the time to explain everything they did in terms of the repairs. It's this kind of service and attention to detail that has convinced me to go with this company when we puchase a new garage door unit down the road. Highly recommended. 100% A+!
