Frank and his team did an awesome job. Frank was very responsive and ensured that the install was completely correctly and to his standards. Great customer service. The team of 2 did a great job. Frank and his team responded to my request for help to fix my garage right away. The day after I texted, his team member came and not just fixed my garage door by replacing the cracked spring, he showed me how to properly maintain my garage doors to prevent or at least minimize the risk of it happening again. I also was told that I have a 5-year warranty on parts and 1 year for the workmanship. I would highly recommend Garage Doorman.
I had hesitated to have my garage door looked at and fixed due to potential costs of the repair. Chris and a new associate came to look at my garage door and fixed it quickly. We had Garage Doorman come install our new garage door opener, weather stripping and new wheels. They were so good to deal with on every level. Chris came over to install and was great, the owner Frank was a pleasure to deal with, and the receptionist who answers their phone is absolutely delightful. An easy 5 star review, highly recommend them.
