Terrible experience. They had to come back again after the first visit. Then at about 4.30pm today, the roller door wouldn't even close so I rang them to be told they would be out asap. 4 hours later no one has showed up and we didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call. If my brother hadn't been there, my Mum would have panicked all night because the roller door was open and someone could access their garage. And we all know how 'safe' Hervey Bay is. Not Happy!!!
