Frankly awful. Zero after-sales support. I bought a new build in December and this company installed the garage door. I've been trying, without success, for 4 months to get someone to call and adjust the door, which doesn't fully close. In addition, during the December power cuts, I discovered I have no key for the manual door release. Had a roller door fitted yesterday, we had a little issue. John the surveyor got involved and everything was back on track. You can tell John really cares, rare trait these days. Would recommend Garage Door Systems because of John.

Good quality door systems but poor customer service trying to get a quote. I got a door from them a few years ago and got a quote immediately but I've been trying to get a quote this past few weeks and can't get an answer from their sales team.
