Good to install my garage header. Had some issues with making a loud noise as if the garage going to fall off. Called, no answer. Sent video of my garage. No reply. Google another garage professional and showed up the next day and fixed the issue.
We have had continuous service issues on multiple commercial doors Terry has installed for us. A spring on one of the doors snapped and nearly killed somebody because it slammed shut. He is extremely unresponsive to phone calls and will be finding himself in court soon!
Terry and his staff are punctual, professional, and honest. They quickly fixed my broken spring and also recommended a repair on my second garage door that worked perfectly—at just a fraction of what another company had quoted me. Highly recommend!
If I could give this zero stars I would. I have called this company several times since February (6 + months ago) I have never gotten a reply, I have left messages, I filled out an online form, I have been routed here from Wayne dalton direct, as well as calling the number. They have never replied.
Garage Door Solutions was fantastic work with. We did make an attempt to call the company that had originally installed our garage door, Garage Door Solutions had the issue resolved before the other company even took the time to call us back. Thank you Garage Door Solutions!!!
