it was great garage door repair service Our garage door didnt worked at all and we called to Richardson texas garage door repair to set up an appointment. Frank - guy from this company came to take a look at our garage and had it all up and running again within an hour. it was great ! we called several companies and found this company. They were on time and gave me a free estimate, so i said go for it and the technician did a great job and explained everything to me about my system. my door is so quiet now , i cant even hear it go up or down because i upgraded my rollers to nylon and i am very pleased. thanks again Richardson garage repair ., you guys are great

my garage door suddenly didn't want to close all the way. I called this company and they said they can send someone on the same day, Which they did. andrew showed up within the time frame and did a great and quick job. He replaced the broken spring with 2 new (garage can fit 2 cars) and even lubed the joints and rollers. Job done in less then 45 minutes! Mathew was very friendly and approachable. He was able to diagnose the problem with the door very quickly, and he had the parts on hand to perform the repairs. There was no pressure to replace the spring on the door (the spring was worn and the the door was not balanced), and he offered to re-tension the spring and tighten the clutch to keep costs down. the cable and spring on my garage door brook and the garage door was having issues, getting noisier, a little wobbly, stopping mid-close and just generally out of whack and I couldn't get the car out. When I called Richardson garage door repair to schedule the service josh said he can send their tech right away. now after repair the door works so much better, just like a brand new .I appreciate richardson garage door repair for the great customer service. Highly recommended
