Excellent and honest work. Zach came out and fixed garage door. He was courteous and professional. Price was reasonable, he was a God send as I had just been scammed out of almost $700 from another company ( Dales garage door) for a repair not needed. I know who to come to in the future.

My garage door was banging loudly and refusing to close completely. Mason of Naples Garage Door Repair Wizards diagnosed that I had a broken cable and had it repaired promptly. He also tuned the door tension so it glides better. Excellent experience! An emailed service summary would be a nice touch.

I recently relocated to Naples and required a garage door adjustment prior to hurricane season. I discovered the Garage Door Repair Wizards online, and Mason arrived the following day to inspect everything. He gave some excellent advice without trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs, which I appreciated very much. I believe it would be a good idea to have a seasonal maintenance plan.

Super friendly and quick! I’d love to see some coupons or discounts for first-time customers on their website.

My garage door cable snapped out of nowhere, so I couldn't get my car out. Mason came really fast, replaced both cables, and checked the opener to make sure everything was safe. The service was quick and friendly. It would be cool if they had an online scheduler with real-time availability.
