I called the company on Sunday assuming I would get an answering machine. A person answered my call and made a technician available on Monday (my choosing). Technician arrived early to accommodate my schedule, replaced broken mechanism and explained how the opener operated. Made suggestions on how to extend the life of the garage door. They did a great job

I found this garage door company on the internet, as my garage door was in very bad shape. They scheduled their repairs around my busy day, a big plus. Dyre was not the service tech, but the person who made the repairs was personable and knowledgeable. I thought he did a great job. A year after the repair, the garage door cable snapped.
