Good service and total cost for replacing a broken garage door spring on the door, and on a Sunday no less. Glad I called them, as they were able to send a technician to us even though it was late morning and I figured nobody’d be available.

Repaired a problem with the garage door opener that made it difficult to open the door all the way. Turns out something inside the opener, gear or something, was worn or broken, but they had a new one in their van and replaced it on the spot.

Broke a panel on the garage door (made of wood) and needed it repaired somehow or replaced. Guys helped me get a new garage door panel installed from the same company of the original setup. Placed the panel for us and sealed it so nothing could get through at night.

I’m not much for dealing with all sorts of mechanical problems with garage door openers, so it’s good to have someone nearby you can call to for urgent help on occasion. Hopefully, the occasion won’t return for a few good years, but the guys did get the garage door opener up and running again quickly, so the hassle wasn’t too bad on my part.

Had an old garage door opener that gave all the signs it was getting ready to break soon for about a year. So blame me for thinking it’ll last forever, right? Well, finally it did. Luckily, David came and help me out and we bought a new garage door opener from him complete with Wi-Fi connectivity and everything. He and his guys installed the new opener and programmed the remote and connected it to our phones. Great service all around, not too pricey.
