Trenton courteously called ahead to let me know he might arrive early to work on my garage door, which was a nice surprise. From his first inspection, he clearly explained what might need attention and gave helpful advice without any pressure. During the spring replacement, Trenton was very professional and took the time to answer my questions so I could understand what was being fixed and the reasons behind it.
