Our torsion spring broke on our garage. I’m paralyzed and use a wheelchair full time. My ramp to the outside is in the garage so I was stuck until it was fixed. I scheduled online and was able to get SAME DAY service. Jack came out and fixed our door in about an hour. He explained what broke, what he was replacing and how they worked to open our door.
