The owner offered to come on a a Saturday evening for a non emergency, I told them just to come Monday a.m., which they did first thing. Fixed our off the rail sideways garage door, cleaned it and lubed it up in no time. Great service with a smile and very reasonable price. 100% a 5 out of 5 star experience.

I had an old door that was breaking down that was not placed by Garage Door Pro, and Kelly did a great job repairing it and never pressured me to get a new one. Mr. Kelly & my installer Jameson were very professional individuals. I like the fact that this is a family ran business. The prices were very reasonable and there were many door options to choose from. Mr. Kelly was very accommodating during this COVID-19 pandemic. You come home around noon, and your garage door won't open. You call a "name brand" company; they're all on commercial jobs, but refer you to a local company specializing in residential garage doors.
