Purchased a garage door in June of this year. When we received the door the top panel was scratched. A new top panel was to be ordered and replaced. It is now October and the work has not been completed after multiple calls to this business. Each time we call we are told we will check into it and call you back and that never happens, or it should be in next Thursday. Still as of today the work has not been completed.

Being a homeowner can be very rewarding, but also a lot of stress. I recently purchased a home that came with a lot of unknown repairs due to the seller, not being honest in their disclosure. My recent experience with Garage Door Operators was excellent. My door got rattled by the recent tornado winds. The technician was patient and thorough and did a great job fixing the problem for a reasonable cost. He also tuned up the door in general. THANK YOU!

The repairman was on time and very kind. Diagnosed my problem within minutes. Repair was done in 30 minutes. I have not been able to use my door for a month. Very grateful and would highly recommend.
