Yesterday was the second time I used Garage Door Medics. Coincidentally Raul came out to service my garage door again. Raul is very professional and kind and knowledgeable. When I initially made the phone call, I was greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful young lady on the phone. It wasn’t even a half an hour after making my initial phone call that Raul was in my driveway. The customer service of Garage Door Medics goes above and beyond, and I would recommend them to everyone!
Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the options for fixing my garage. He was quick and thorough.
I called this morning because my garage door wouldn’t close. Rick did a tuneup which fixed the problem. He didn’t try to over sale, which is a plus to me. He was in and out quickly and very professional. I have no problem recommending him to my neighbors I feel confident when or if something does go wrong Rick will be honest about it. I have already scheduled next year’s tuneup.
Matt Showed up on time, very knowledgeable, skilled, thorough and transparent about what needed to be done and how to do it. His suggestions were spot on and the out come was better than expected!
