Our garage door has been acting funny a few weeks ago, so I finally called around to get someone to take a look. Dennis was the second guy I called, and he said that he could come out the next day (today, Christmas Eve!) He came out exactly when he said he would, and he even sent a text when he was on the way. Mr. Cochran responded to the message I sent him through his website within less than 8 hrs and was able to accommodate a service call the following day. He arrived on time and did not try to upsell me on a new garage door, offering instead a reasonably priced solution to address my needs.

Dennis has now rescued me not once but TWICE between my old house and new house when I was trapped in my garage due to broken springs!
