Very rude, seemed so angry like I wasted his time on coming out because my garage door opener was very old. Not sure if it was because I was a woman but he just seemed very annoyed with any questions I had. I wish I had never called Garage Door Guys, would not recommend them at all. Also presented me with a $147.00 bill for his so called inspection which consisted of him opening and closing the door while his assistant sprayed oil on the chain. They were here maybe 15 minutes. What a scam.
Stan is amazing! My door needed to be replaced immediately. I called him and he came the next day to give me a quote and I was fortunate enough to have them install the very next day. The installers were also incredibly helpful! A positive experience. So grateful 🙏
Amazing and reliable service. Stan is trustworthy, honest and meticulous with his work. He also takes the time to thoroughly explain the issue, how he will fix it, and pitfalls to avoid in the future. He know everything there is to know about garage doors and their mechanics. You’ll be in great hands!
Garage Door Guys come highly recommended. We had a series of garage door problems, and Stan was able to come to our house promptly (same day or next day).
