I called at about 10:00 one morning and a cheerful person answered. Told her my garage door cable had snapped and was prepared to beg someone to come out within three days because the person capable of lifting the door manually was going to be leaving town. I didn't have to say a thing about that. The technician was here and done with the job around noonish that very day.
I'd add another star if I could. Great communication, responsiveness, and service time. I called on a Tuesday and had a new opener installed by Thursday. It works great. Price was great. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this company.
Holy guacamole ! New to Richland Center. Somebody recommended these guys. Called them Tuesday, They rolled in Wednesday morning and installed two garage door openers, some locks and some wall mounted controls. Great crew. They turned down some beers because they're "PROFESSIONALS" but I like them anyway. I wish this company did HVAC, I'd have more work for them.
