I bent my garage door by backing into it with my truck, and Garage Door Express sent a technician out the next day to fix it. I thought I might be facing an expensive panel replacement, but they were able to repair the panel well enough that the door works again for much less money than I thought I'd have to pay! They also left me a detailed estimate for panel replacement if I decide to do that later. This is the second time I've worked with them and my experience has been top-notch both times! Highly recommend!

The chain gear on daughters garage door snapped off, 15 year old machine. Contacted Emmanuel Tuesday night and gave him details, set appt for Wednesday and arrived promptly on schedule and had the repair completed in 30 min. He also lubricated all the wheels and hinges as well as the spring at the same time. Prompt service great work ethic and pricing is the hallmark of a great business.

I called at about 10:00 one morning and a cheerful person answered. Told her my garage door cable had snapped and was prepared to beg someone to come out within three days because the person capable of lifting the door manually was going to be leaving town. I didn't have to say a thing about that. The technician was here and done with the job around noonish that very day.

I'd add another star if I could. Great communication, responsiveness, and service time. I called on a Tuesday and had a new opener installed by Thursday. It works great. Price was great. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this company.
