Yesterday I was getting ready to go for a bike ride and my garage door decided that one of the rollers was going to stop halfway while the other kept going. Needless to say, I thought this was going to be a total loss. Called GDD, who picked up on a Sunday, got out within 2-3 hours, and fixed it for $300 without trying to upsell anything. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Called this company for a quote and they quoted me $900 more for an install than everyone else. It’s just ridiculous that there was such a price variance.
Ryder Torres was extremely professional, punctual, and friendly. Great customer service couldn’t ask for anything better.
