Brett (my technician) did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. He made sure the parts were exact and made for my door. He was timely and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
Gabriel came out to assess the situation and showed me where my 15 year old springs weren't supporting the weigh of the door, stressing the opener and caused the failure of the opener motor. He was very fair, recommended several solutions, and resolved my problems in one visit. He was very polite and pleasant to work with, worked fast and efficiently and was professional the entire time. Garage doctor tried to bamboozle me. I was willing to pay about 60 dollars for my code box to be restored or reprogrammed, however, the guy tried to charge me 205 just to do something so simple. I then told him take off certain things i asked for such as the garage clicker (which i already have two of that i got for free) and then he wanted to charge 80 dollars for a tune-up only, which means i was going to pay 80 bucks for something i didn't need nor call for in the first place and not get what I initially needed taken care... read more
