Darrin was great…very happy with our new garage door motor.
Was very pleased with our installation. Our technician Darren was very helpful and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend them!
They were prompt arriving but also prompt with service. I will definitely be utilizing again for a garage door upgrade (this was an emergency repair).
Extremely disappointed in Garage Door Doctors. I had my new power unit installed. First time leaving the garage they door will not close, called into the office to seek some sort of troubleshooting. The front office advised they could not help. Was advised management would be able to help. No management came to the phone. I was then given the advice that I would have to wait for a tech to become available (upwards of a 2 hour wait).
