Our garage door came off the tracks and was half hanging one night. We contacted Garage Door Commander and they were able to come out the same night to help us get the door down so that there was no further damage done. They were able get the needed parts and get the door fixed for us. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and that work that was done was fantastic.
I got his name from a friend and call him and he came and check out my garage door and opener in record time. Explained the issue I was having and why I should replace the door with a new opener. Gave me a good price and got the job done in short time. Did a great job and very pleased with his work.
I contacted Garage Door Commander after being ghosted by another company. I submitted an inquiry request online and 2 days later Alan came out to provide an estimate. Since I had already gotten a quote from a couple of other companies I already knew the scope of work needed to be done. Alan explained everything to me and before he left I had the emailed quote.
