The technician seemed inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing. He kept trying random fixes that made the door worse instead of better.
Our springs broke one day and so i called these guys out. They installed new springs and other parts. The service guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested we also replace additional parts as they were not compatible with the springs he was putting on, I didn't quite understand but I agreed. This raised the price of the repair an additional $200. Needed the bottom seal on our garage door replaced because we had a problem with snakes getting in. Called and was surprised to find out they could fix it the same day. Great service! Prompt and efficient!
The two men they came to my home were very knowledgeable and did a great job! They did a little bit of troubleshooting and fixed my garage door completely
