This was our second time using this company. Steve was our first repair technician and we liked him so much we requested him for this service, too. He was honest, polite and thorough; a very pleasant young man to be around. He also served our country and was injured in the line of duty. (Thank you for that, Steve.) If we need further service in the future, Steve will be our provider then, too. We highly recommend this young man!

Stephen was very courteous with a phone call to let me know what time he would arrive. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I thought their prices were a little high but I was in a bind to get my garage door open and they were the only company that helped me out immediately. Well worth the price!

Called to get service on a broken spring. They came within 2 hours which was great BUT Tech could barley communicate in English. So he went back to his truck and grab some rubber gloves and looked at the spring and touch two rollers and start typing on his iPad. He gave me two options 1. remove and replace 1 spring $797.00 2 Remove and replace all hardware and cables $1797.00 My response was no thank you!!
