Our AC went out and within 2 hours they were onsite, diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time. Gabe is incredibly knowledgeable about troubleshooting and fixing AC problems and delivered A+ customer service. Will use them again in the future!
Gabe and Ivan came out today to do a yearly check up. They offered solutions for a problem with my exit pipe on the air-conditioning unit which was buried under a few inches of dirt. After digging it up, Gabe said that it was fine the way it was. He didn't try to sell me a big repair just told me to put gravel around it so that it can drain better and be visible should you need to troubleshoot possible obstruction. . Paid $50 for a tech to check out my system he found several problems he said he would send me a quote, took weeks to give me a quote, i called them to get some of the work done and nothing, they dogged me out, im not going to be chasing any company to give them my money dont recommend!!
