I called to look for a window gasket replacement 11:30 am 8/30/22 and the the lady hung up on me, thinking the line dropped inadvertently I called back and she didn't pick up so figured she was on a call. Called half hour later and asked about locating the window part and she hung up on me again. I can't imagine running a business if the person answering the phone hangs up on everyone?
The tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He corrected the minor problems quickly and did not attempt to pad the bill with unnecessary or unneeded extras. I knew that the problems were minor and this was a bit of a test to find a reputable garage technician. I found one. I recommend this company highly.
