I gave $1,000 down payment to Jeff Morehead who wrote up the contract. I never heard from him again. He didn't answer phone calls, text messages or emails. Next I know I'm getting a call from Carolina carport who has my contract now and has a worse rating. They told me I wouldn't get my garage until springtime then in the middle of February they say we're coming and they put it up crooked on the concrete pad do yourself a favor and stay away from this company also they got the color wrong I blame myself for not getting it in... read more
Lori Malone was extremely helpful and made the whole process manageable from beginning to end. Questions were answered and occasional hurdles were handled.
The process with this team was outstanding. From the time i engaged with the consultant to scheduling to the final installation they were all great My consultant Hayden Story was so helpful and was able to walk me through everything so there were no issues and the project came out great
