I had my vehicle seriously damaged from hail a couple months ago and they had placed a business card on my car any many others. Out of all the shops in town, none had openings for about a month, whereas The Garage Bodyshop said they’d do it right away, and even pick it up for free. I wasn’t expecting a lot and got quite a bit more. They updated me upon request and it took a little over a month due to back orders and such, thankfully I had rental coverage through my insurance.
