I called Cedric after a persistent knocking sound started coming from the back of my 2010 Toyota RAV4. He and his crew came right to my home, which was incredibly convenient. Cedric was very thorough in his diagnosis and confirmed that the source of the noise was a failing wheel bearing and a bad axle. Contacted Cedric for a tire issue and he clearly explained the process over the phone, prioritizing safety. If the tire was repairable, they would fix it on-site. Otherwise, they would install the spare and return with a replacement. Cedric was very transparent about the costs and services. He and his team arrived on time, confirmed the tire was patchable, and completed the repair promptly and professionally.
