Comportement raciste et grossier du garagiste (homme blanc). Devant moi et d’autres clients, il a dit avec dégoût : « Pourquoi les infinity sentent toujours le poulet épicé ou une odeur de banane plantain ? » Il a fini par nous dire : « Va acheter du parfum à Canadian Tire ». Zéro politesse, ton méprisant, aucun professionnalisme. Ce genre de racisme décomplexé n’a pas sa place dans un commerce. À éviter absolument.
