I tried to book 4 nights days of parking directly through the LAZ app. I select my dates, enter my card info and hit pay $80. I realize later the business charged my card $200. I email saying I have been overcharged, add screenshot, and requesting a partial refund. While they did issue me the partial refund, in the process of doing so they entirely cancelled my reservation/deleted the QR code from which to exit the garage.
