Nik and Adrian were fantastic to deal with when ceramic coating my MK7 Golf GTI. From start to finish they were transparent and made me aware of the entire process, work required, etc. Their systems are actually incredible. I received pre-work photos so I was made aware of any problems before they started worked on the car. I also received updates quite regularly while they were working on it with photos. Adrian was a brilliant person to work with and guided me through the entire ceramic coating process from start to finish on my BMW! With so many detailers out there it made it hard for me to choose, but Adrian made it easy for me to make the decision. He was so well educated on the whole thing and gave me confidence from the get go. I sure as hell wasn't going to go with just anyone, I needed to feel confident, Adrian did that for me.
