They don't list prices... how stupid is that... as if I have time to look while working and playing phone tag to HOPEFULLY just know how much the place costs... people are busy.... make things easier... my time is valuable and because of how inconvenient you make things on your website... I've lived at Maple Courts for 3 years now. I cannot say enough about how great the management has been with any concerns. Prompt communication and results! Highly recommend for those looking for a great place to rent!
I’ve been renting from Gar in conshohocken for almost 3 years now. This place has been nothing but a stressful headache to me. Matt, the property manager likes to just show up at your apartment and enter without any notice, whether it’s for maintenance or showing the apartment. It’s hard to feel comfortable in your own home when they just show up whenever they please. The property has a washer and dryer on site that have not worked properly since I moved in.
