I was searching for a company to manufacture facial cleansing brushes. I spoke to a gentleman named Tom (who I found out was the owner) Tom took the time to direct me to another company and helped me with my search. I am sure Tom is a busy man, but for him to give me the time, I greatly appreciate him and hopefully when my skin care brush is made, I will be able to contact him and have him make custom skincare for my company.
Wasted 4 months for nothing. They said they can reverse engineer products, and they can’t. I sent out samples, they didn’t even test them!!! They sent me hand soap calling it face wash. When I said that it’s not our formula they said that they sent me what they have in stock, because they don’t have the ingredients that I listed, instead of telling me upfront that they can’t do it. 4 months of back and forward for nothing.
