Lights looked great at the beginning. But had issues later and called customer service. Very poor service they sent a part that I was supposed to have at the beginning, after yet another failure, they recommended another light. Customer service was not good. With the hassle I should of got lights from Lowes or something.
Unreliable products. Poor customer service. Horrendous refund policies. Two (2) years ago our contractor installed a Gap Supply under cabinet LED lighting system with wireless dimmer. After one (1) year the system stopped functioning properly. At the recommendation of the local Gap Supply affiliate we purchased a product from the GoLEDLite.com web site that failed to correct the problem.
