I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. The practice manager herself was the person I initially spoke to when arranging the appointment. During that conversation, I specifically requested a telehealth appointment. I then waited for the expected phone call, which never came. When I contacted the clinic to find out what had happened, I was told the appointment had been entered as an in-person consultation and that I would be charged a no-show fee. I get excellent, professional and personal care from the Doctors and staff at Gap Road Medical. And it’s not just me. I have signed up some clients to receive services from the company I have worked for and when they have advised their GP is at Gap Road Medical they have also advised they wouldn’t go anywhere else
