Stopped in today to buy some gear. They were very helpful and had everything I needed. Also Answered all my questions and helped me get what I needed. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
Placed two seperate orders, Five days pass without a shipping notification.Called and spoke with Ray regarding the shipping delay just to find out orders were cancelled.Ray further explained he would call me back. Two days waiting for a return call and nothing!COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & POOR CUTOMER SERVICE. Look elsewhere for your products!
I placed an order for over $200 back in May, and I still haven’t received it. I have my order number and have tried calling multiple times, but no one answers or responds. This has been a very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. If you order from GAB Arborist Supply, be aware that you may have difficulty getting updates or even reaching someone. I hope they either ship my order immediately or issue a full refund.
