Horrible customer service No one ever acknowledge a single person in store The staff made customers feel like they were intruding as well as bothering them Save your money go to Dillard's or Macy

Ugh I try not to go to this location, but it's a large store so they often have stuff in stock I can't get at other locations. Parking is a challenge, but you can usually find a structure spot. Staff is helpful.

You'll have to pay to park and you'll wait forever for a dressing room. But if you're in the area this is a nice big store with lots of sales rack items. I often just pick up what I think I want, go home and try it on, then return it to a location closer to me with better parking.

Nooooooo! The Glendale mall. Stay well away. There are many better locations without attitude and parking nightmares where you don't have to walk through a mall.

The old Navy in Colma are all nice but the manager James is kind ,proffesional and classy.

Waste of time – Items on "clearance racks" and marked as "on sale" were rejected as such at the checkout, to the point that the manager elevated her voice, and increased her anger when questioned about why they weren't "on sale" when the sign, and the merchandise clearly stated that they were. She became so defensive and held so firm to her belief that the customer was wrong, that she chose to lose a $400 sale rather than honor the discount. Banana Republic used to be my favorite store – The people are helpful, so this has nothing to do with the staff or service but god has the merchandise become dull and drab. No style or creativity. It's sad. Everything looks like what a secretary would wear to the office.
