Rude manager playing mask cop following us around insisting on wearing his stupid mask.wgen I complied I got a snarky thank you and comment about it being "for my own good." I tossed the mask and walked out.
Love the jeans! I can get a stylish jean for $9.99, in petite so the length is not an issue!
always a mess and service is awful! How is it you see a line a mile long and have 1 cashier!
The line is usually long. The signs are pretty clear showing what's on sale. I feel their retail pricing isn't worth it but they often have sales. The store is usually organized.
I had a gift card, I used it then decided to return the item, I was told the money was going back on my gift card, well then next time I went to old navy (only my second time ever) the money was never returned to my card so I lost money and they would do nothing to fix their errors.
Of all the Gap stores I have frequented, this would have to be my favorite. It is in a small strip mall with loads of parking and never to busy with so many people. Always a great selection and good deals/sales.
I find that this particular BR outlet has the best deals of any other outlets. And the store is huge!
